Waldorf Astoria Residences New York Unveils "Greatest Amenities of Them All"

by ELLIMAN INSIDER TEAM

November 2025

Waldorf Astoria Residences New York welcomed the city’s top real estate brokers, friends, and residents for an exclusive unveiling of its extraordinary 50,000 square feet of amenities. With cuisine by Michelin-starred Chef Christophe Bellanca, nearly 300 guests roamed through the Jean-Louis Deniot-designed halls, exploring the spaces that have rightfully earned the title, “The Greatest Amenities of Them All.”

Each room offered a bespoke experience, from a live string quartet performing iconic film scores in the Stage & Screen Theater, to whiskey tasting experiences featuring Aston Martin Formula One Limited Edition Glenfiddich. Award-winning performer Steve “Blue Shark” Markle taught guests how to hit billiards trick shots in The Cue Club, and the Women’s Wellness Lounge was activated by Guerlain Spa to celebrate the spa’s official opening at Waldorf Astoria New York this month.

The White House Historical Association, curators of the Presidential Library and Bar, was also onsite to teach guests about the history of world leaders at the iconic Waldorf Astoria, and reveal JFK’s actual rocking chair on display. A demonstration kitchen featured bites by the hotel’s Japanese restaurant, Yoshoku. Acclaimed cabaret/jazz singer Imani Rouselle, most recently appearing on stage with George Clooney in Good Night and Good Luck on Broadway, performed in the Grand Salon, accompanied by a pianist.

The evening’s highlight was the captivating performance in the Starlight Pool, where NYC ballet dancer Anna Maxwell delivered a breathtaking performance of “The Dying Swan" (pictured above), followed by a rendition of the famous “Queen of the Night” aria by Metropolitan Opera mezzo-soprano Anna Aistova.

Special remarks were shared by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing executives Susan De França and Leslie Wilson, as well as internationally renowned designer Jean-Louis Deniot, the visionary behind the design of the amenities, and Luigi Romaniello, Managing Director of Waldorf Astoria New York.

The celebration concluded on the 27th-floor Starlight Lounge & Terrace, where guests sipped champagne, tasted liquid nitrogen desserts, and enjoyed music by DJ Tre under the Manhattan skyline.
