Douglas Elliman has announced the opening of a newly renovated state-of-the-art office located at 344 Third Street in Laguna Beach, California.
Deemed as a “socially smart office,” the expansive first-floor location will house the firm’s roster of top-producing Southern California agents including members of The Altman Brothers and The Eklund | Gomes teams, stars of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing franchise, who have both expanded their California presence to Orange County.
“We set out to create a socially smart office inspired by the city’s scenic coves, preservation and the booming artist community.”

“The Laguna Beach office marks our third location in Orange County,” said Stephen Kotler, CEO of Douglas Elliman’s Western Region. “This is a pivotal market for us to be immersed in, and our caliber of talented agents really sets the tone for what we are going to achieve with this expansion.”
Designed by notable architect Kenneth J. Libman, the office is located in the heart of Laguna Village between Forest Avenue, Pacific Coast Highway and Lagunas Main Beach minutes from the sand, and the city’s most famous shops, restaurants and art galleries. Bradley Feldman, Executive Manager of Sales for Douglas Elliman for Laguna Niguel, has been tapped to manage this new office.
“We have assembled a terrific team here in OC to offer exceptional real estate experiences to our clients,” said Feldman. “I’m excited to continue working with our agents to provide our clients with the expertise that only Douglas Elliman can provide.”
Designed for an ever-evolving post-COVID world, the office creates the safest, most enjoyable workspace while strictly adhering to social distancing guidelines. This seaside retail storefront enhances the juxtaposition of outdoor soft seating while promoting a socially conscious interior layout.
“We set out to create a socially smart office inspired by the city’s scenic coves, preservation and the booming artist community,” said Libman. “The space oozes hospitality while producing a working environment that energizes collaboration and enhances efficiencies.”
