I love to listen to my clients, and when matching a client with the right neighbourhood and home, ‘hearing’ each client’s unique dreams, desires and needs is important.
I am privileged to have gained many years of experience in the Miami real estate industry – specialising in luxury waterfront homes and condos – offering unique lifestyle experiences for clients. After all these years, the ability to effectively navigate the complicated terrain of choices between neighbourhoods, estates, condos, investment acquisitions and more, come naturally to me.
As a result of my long love affair with luxury real estate sales, much of my business these days are referrals from existing clients whose expectations were not only met, but more often were exceeded in terms of the homes they acquired.
My hobbies and interests include digital marketing, advertising, the art of negotiating successful transactions for my clients, as well as cultures and languages (I am fluent in five languages), building long-lasting relationships with clients and their families, education, training and professional development. Like most, I love visiting beautiful places (my roots are Croatian/German), enjoy good food and socialising with friends. I believe that regular physical exercise is important to stay sane in an often crazy world.
