Part of this was due to his natural entrepreneurial mindset and the other from his time playing baseball throughout childhood and college that strengthened his devotion towards teamwork. With this as his base, Felix played NCAA Baseball while concurrently earning two college degrees. He is currently completing his third degree, a Professional Master's in Business Administration (PMBA) from Florida International University-FIU Chapman Graduate School of Business with a specialization in Real Estate.

Along with his upbringing and extending education, Felix has built an impressive inventory of successes at the leading Douglas Elliman, a reputable company that has been around since 1911 and that currently serves as the #1 Real Estate Brokerage in Miami-Dade and NYC based on Total Sales Volume and Market Share (2021). The more notable ones include the Douglas Elliman Leading Edge Award in 2021 and 2020, a collective progression that pushed Felix to rank as one of the top agents company-wide. He is also part of the Elite community of industry leaders who have earned the Certified Residential Brokerage Manager Designation (CRB®), the highest professional achievement in real estate brokerage management, which makes up only 3% of Realtors Nationwide. Felix is also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, achieving the nation's number one real estate designation (GRI®).
