Sebastian Wagner

Sebastian Wagner is originally from South Central, PA and grew up in the historic areas that make up Washington DC, Pennsylvania and Virginia. He attended one of the oldest Catholic Schools in the nation, Georgetown Preparatory School and went on to graduate from Dickinson College with a degree in Spanish and International Business. Relocating to South Florida more than five years ago, Sebastian embarked on his real estate career, focusing on high-end, unique investment and commercial properties. His knowledge and experience in the real estate industry allow him to bring a big picture perspective to each of his client's needs. He is a expert at listening and understanding the client's true wants and needs and matching them with the best values and properties for their budget. By exploring all of these factors with the client, Sebastian is able to present them with options and guide them through the ins and outs of high stakes real estate negotiations. Using loyalty, consistency and creative approach to buying and selling, he takes pride in his expanding client list built on exceptional relationships. Sebastian has made South Florida his home for the past five years and in his spare time enjoys reading, world travel and a fit and healthy lifestyle including a love of skiing, especially in Aspen. An entrepreneur at heart, he also enjoys networking and learning his peers and neighbors stories of success and starting new business ventures.
