“My strengths,” says Garrett Servis, “are keeping clients happy and stress free by providing solutions in the event any roadblocks crop up during a transaction.” Garrett specializes in upscale residential waterfront properties in Jupiter and Tequesta, as well as equestrian homes in areas such as Wellington. “We don’t simply sell you a home,” he says. “We match you with a lifestyle while providing you genuine elite service.”

Real estate has always interested Garrett. Prior to joining Elliman, he worked on top producing teams at Keyes Tequesta and Berkshire Hathaway, where he produced record breaking sales in his first six months. In addition to country club communities and equestrian homes, parks, and training facilities, he also handles investment properties and helps clients with such things as verifying docking regulations, touring community clubhouses, and providing orientation about memberships and equestrian necessities.

Garrett grew up in Long Branch, a coastal town in Monmouth County, New Jersey, and studied Business and Marketing at Brookdale Community College while learning the Thoroughbred trade and exercising racehorses at Monmouth Park outside of class. In 2011, he relocated to Florida and currently resides in Jonathan's Landing, in Jupiter. He likes such aspects of the Florida lifestyle as swimming, fishing, boating, surfing, free diving, horseback riding, and golfing, and still exercises racehorses during the season. He also enjoys meeting new people and spending time with family and friends.
