Luisa Ruiz brings more than a decade of International Sales experience, loan underwriting and the insider’s knowledge that comes from five years working with a local real estate developer to her luxury homes clientele.
Prior to earning her real estate license, Luisa worked in International Sales, tackling various roles through the years including corporate account implementation, partnership management and key account management. Learning different sides of the business while focusing on revenue growth on a global scale has given Luisa a knack for developing strong and beneficial relationships with a variety of clientele and an understanding of different cultures and how to best serve her clients’ unique needs with attention, care and discretion.
Today, Luisa specializes in residential properties between $300,000 and $10 million. While she works with buyers, sellers and investors across South Florida, she has a special affinity and comprehensive knowledge of the community of Weston. Luisa’s clients refer to her as a caring agent whose ability to connect with them and build a trusting relationship is enhanced even further by her fierce negotiating skills.
Luisa’s greatest passion is her children and she loves spending time with her family, enjoying long bike rides around the city and says that it is one of the best ways to move around and get to know your surroundings. She is an avid traveler who loves experiencing new places and adventures with her kids. Originally from Colombia, Luisa moved to the United States more than 20 years ago to work while pursuing her Bachelor’s degree. A graduate of Florida International University, she majored in Finance and minored in Real Estate. She has called Weston, FL home since moving here from Colombia and says it is the place where she grew up, met her husband and is now raising three beautiful children and their dog, Rosita.
