Prior to earning her real estate license in 2014, Carolina worked in the medical industry as the Director of Marketing for a prestigious South Florida company. Working closely with the CEO, she was instrumental in developing search strategies for clients that included an esteemed line up of Fortune 100, venture capitalist and private equity backed start-ups around the globe. After many years of success in this arena, Carolina realized the opportunity to join a luxury real estate development company in 2014. In this role, Carolina has worked side-by-side with one of the biggest names in luxury real estate development, learning the detailed aspects and nuances of high-end real estate through hands-on experiences that have given her a wide breadth of knowledge in this special niche of the market.
Today, Carolina works with buyers sellers and investors across South Florida with a special focus on the single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums of Boca Raton and Miami’s sought-after Brickell neighborhood.
Originally from Peru, Carolina moved to Boca Raton 20 years ago and is a proud graduate of Florida Atlantic University. She has earned several undergraduate degrees including a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Management Information Systems, a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Psychobiology and Pre-Med and recently completed her MBA from FAU as well. On a more personal note, Carolina enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures and cities. Leading an active lifestyle is important to Carolina and she regularly does yoga and Crossfit. Carolina regularly gives back to her community and her home country through charitable endeavors here and in Peru.
