Deborah Steiner brings comprehensive market knowledge, a positive mindset, innovative business strategies and the knowledge that “home is where one’s story begins” to her clients across South Florida’s luxury real estate sector. Working from the core belief that positive relationships are built on honesty, transparency and truly listening to her clients’ wants and needs, Deborah ensures that the buying, selling or investing process is seamless and stress-free.

Prior to her real estate career, Deborah spent over two decades working in brand management, fashion design and sales. As the Brand Manager/Vice President of Sales, Merchandising & Design for several New York-based companies, Deborah led teams and campaigns from concept to delivery worth more than $200 million for major national retailers. While working and living in New York City, Deborah purchased her first home in South Florida and her passion for real estate was ignited. Soon, she was turning her eye toward real estate on a professional level and in January of 2012, she earned her real estate license and made the move to South Florida a permanent one.

Today, Deborah brings a wealth of knowledge, powerful negotiating techniques and the keen ability to analyze and understand the nuances that make a successful deal to Broward County’s luxury real estate clientele with a special focus on the downtown properties, waterfront estates, condominiums and single family homes in Fort Lauderdale.

Deborah’s ability to form relationships that last far beyond the closing of a sale has led to a large client base, far-reaching network of colleagues, industry leaders, repeat and referral business and many testimonials that reflect her dedication to her business, and most of all to her clients.

Born in New York City, Deborah grew up in Connecticut and attended college at Philadelphia’s College of Textiles and Sciences where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design and minored in Business. She maintains a love of art and design and enjoys home renovation and decor.

Deborah has served as a volunteer Gaurdian Ad Litem for Broward County and now sits on the Board of Directors of Voices for Children of Broward County.
