Kevin Kelly

Born and raised in New York, Kevin is no rarity in South Florida. With a career that began in IT, working with several Fortune 500 companies, including Pepsi Cola, Kevin is no stranger to high expectations.
As a decade-long residential mortgage broker, Kevin learned everything about how real estate deals progress to the finish line, including the overarching importance of the emotional investment of the client. He understands that real estate transactions must include a strong interpersonal relationship between the Realtor and the client, and he prides himself on maintaining those relationships as the primary reason for his business success.
Kevin believes that real estate is much more than simply buying or selling a home. His ability to listen, and to place the client’s needs first, along with his distinct knowledge of the individual communities that comprise the Northern Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie counties, provides him with advantageous leverage when helping his clients to buy, sell, or invest in their home.
