Kaila Mardoyan

Kaila Mardoyan grew up in Columbia, Missouri and alongside her father, Jeff V. Mardoyan, REALTOR® with 25 years of experience specializing in investment, commercial, and residential transactions. Kaila’s entrepreneurial background started at the age of 18 when she successfully opened, operated, and managed her own local car dealership. Kaila then moved to Los Angeles, California where she worked in managerial roles with various hospitality groups whose clientele was a rolodex of high net worth individuals. An over achiever, Kaila consistently demonstrates outstanding customer service and is very well respected by her clientele, associates, and mentors.

Kaila moved to Miami to pursue her Real Estate career in the thriving South Florida Real Estate Market. She prides her success on exceeding her clients’ expectations and unique approach to overcoming and avoiding challenges. Kaila is following in her father’s footsteps, integrating all her knowledge and experiences to provide superior customer service to her clients’ investment, residential, and commercial transactions.
