Michael Wudyka has been involved in real estate for more than three decades. He is an experienced builder, developer and consultant to many residential and commercial properties along with owning and operating multiple businesses. Today, as an Elliman agent, he works all price ranges and property types and offers his clients a number of invaluable qualities — honesty, integrity, solid advice, years of industry knowledge, a reputation for high caliber service, and a track record of success.
“The first step is to ask the right questions,” says Michael, describing how he interacts with clients. “Then you listen, understand, review, research, and reply.” Once he has established his clients’ needs and goal, he works tirelessly to match them with the perfect property, in the case of buyers, or the perfect buyer, in the case of sellers. “If you really listen, do your homework, and apply the kind of in-depth knowledge of the real estate business I’ve managed to accumulate over the course of my career,” Michael says, “you’ll never have an unsatisfied client.”
Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, then as a full time resident for 15 years in the Hamptons, where he owned and operated the five Enclave Inn Hotels and East Hampton Studio for film productions and events. His time in the Hamptons also included working closely on the design, development and interior staging of over 30 million dollars in real estate projects. He resides in Miami Beach and enjoys traveling — he’s visited 48 states and more than 40 different countries — and spending time with family and friends, especially his two sons.
