After holding various Senior Positions in the Mortgage and Banking Industry as well as Real Estate firms, I have decided to use my extensive experience in Real Estate as it relates to Luxury Residential and Commercial Sales and joined Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
Real Estate is my passion my present and my future. Experience as a Realtor is extensive, selling or representing buyers is not only about the execution, is also about the relentless pursuit to provide service and provide future value.
In today’s market conditions the future value is paramount, not only because the fluctuation due to inventory, higher interest rates, but also about the ever-changing values attributed to new construction and demographics.
My only mission is to help my clients find, execute and close on all transactions with the best possible outcome. Real Estate Cycles are quick to develop, so timing is a key factor when to execute and when how to leverage.
Using a Concierge approach to Real Estate sales I’m able to “listen first to all customer’s needs” and react accordingly. In addition, I have been a resident of Coral Gables and South Florida for more than 30 years. I will use my knowledge of the market, banking, Real Estate Risk and solid connections to help Sellers and Buyers execute seamlessly all real estate transactions, focusing on the end result, “The Closing”.
