Shlomi Betesh

An aspiring entrepreneur with a passion for development, Shlomi Betesh brings a cross-cultural edge to Douglas Elliman in Miami; his efforts towards forming and nurturing new and existing client relationships are considered unusually remarkable in the industry. Fluent in English and Hebrew, he was born in New York and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel. Having lived and worked throughout Israel and the United States has given Shlomi the leverage to provide local and international clients with a unique perspective of purchasing property in South Florida’s competitive real estate market.

Shlomi earned his Bachelor’s degree in Resource Economics from the Isenberg School of Business at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Before moving to Florida, he successfully co-owned and developed The Gelato Maker, a retail chain in Scottsdale, AZ. In 2011, he moved to South Florida to pursue a career in the wealth management industry. As a financial advisor for Merrill Lynch, he provided his clients with unique strategies on how to invest in today’s ever changing financial markets.

As Shlomi witnessed South Florida’s rapid transformation, he decided to shift his focus from wealth management to real estate. Seasoned in advising on development and investment properties, Shlomi delivers massive value to his client base: evaluating business risks and researching the best possible outcome in reaching their real estate goals.
