The consummate professional, estate management and probate property specialist; Carla Alexander's highly successful real estate career has been built on a solid foundation of extensive market knowledge, exceptional leadership skills, adaptability and a true passion for helping others.
Soon after her first foray into real estate as an investor in 1983, Carla began working as a Community Bank officer, lending on many of the county's developments. This opportunity soon led to work as a paid consultant for the Palm Beach County Commissioners beginning in 1990. Carla's impressive track record of success has led to many additional opportunities in both the real estate and healthcare sectors. As the host of a weekly radio talk show, "Let's Talk Real Estate", and as the Executive Director of Healing Life Institute she has led efforts to improve patient advocacy, elder care, family communication, medical practice consulting and more.
Today, Carla specializes in estate management, high-end, luxury waterfront homes and condominiums throughout South Florida; including Palm Beach Island and northern coastal Palm Beach county. Carla has experience with active adult development and elder lifestyle options. She is an expert with the complexities of probate sales, estate management and works with a network of professionals throughout the state to deliver a continuum of care and service. Being a Board Certified Patient Advocate allows Carla to manage the big picture plan.
A Palm Beach native, Carla has been a key player in the development of many of northern Palm Beach Communities including PGA National, Ballen Isles, PGA Commons, Old Palm, Abacoa, Martinique of Abacoa and Phase II of Cinquez Park in Jupiter. Her deep ties to the community have been nurtured and strengthened through a lifetime spent living, working and raising her family in the area.
