Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Communications from Florida State University, Amanda Talbott worked as a marketing representative for Southern Fidelity Insurance Company, a firm specializing in residential property insurance, and as an administrator for One Sotheby's ultra-luxury condos project L'Atelier Miami Beach before joining the top producing Sigurdsson Team at Douglas Elliman.
A native Floridian born and raised in Key West, today Amanda specializes in high end condos in Coconut Grove, using her well honed negotiating skills to get her clients the best terms and conditions. Her mother and father are both Realtors® and run their own real estate business in the Keys, so even though she waited until 2014 to become an agent herself, Amanda has been involved in real estate her entire life.
A thoroughly proven asset to her clients, Amanda keeps abreast of market trends and fluctuations in the communities of greatest interest to them through daily research of the domestic and international real estate markets combined with tireless networking with fellow South Florida agents.
