Bernadette “Bernie” Schultz is a seasoned real estate professional who has spent more than 30 years serving the needs of luxury real estate clientele from South Florida to the Mid-Atlantic and across the globe. Bernie’s direct involvement with national home-builders and lenders has helped to shape an extensive list of high-end campaigns for developers, builders and home-buyers. Her extraordinary history of success built through these initiatives places her in the highest echelon of luxury real estate professionals with more than $2 billion in sales.

Beginning her real estate career in Maryland in 1988, Bernie quickly found success in the residential and new home market earning many awards from the start of her career. Her list of accomplishments is long and her passion for providing clients with a truly personalized, pleasant and professional experience has led to designations including the first female recipient of the Joseph C Rodgers Award recognizing the Associate of the Year, the first female recipient of the Custom Home Builder Award, Women’s Business Advocate of the Year by the Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce for her assistance in support of women-owned small businesses and Life Member of the MNBCIA Board of Directors to name a few.
Today, Bernie actively participates in several volunteer and fundraising activities in support of the less fortunate and those sick and suffering from the disease of addiction and mental health along with other worthy causes in Florida and Maryland. Whenever possible, she enjoys boating, fishing, bike riding, golf and is an avid tennis player. After growing up in Washington DC, she spent time living in Germany, Manhattan and Annapolis, Maryland and vacationing in Palm Beach starting in the 1970’s. In 2013, her family became permanent residents of Palm Beach. She is a licensed Broker in both Florida and Maryland.
