Bay, Four Seasons Residences, Trump Hollywood, St. Regis, 900 Biscayne Bay and
the Brickell corridor among others. Notably, as Sales Director for 900 Biscayne Bay,
Venegas sold out the 525-residence building. For this reason, developers and
