With an extensive background in Sales and Marketing, Patrick has been managing large sales portfolios for over a decade. As a laser-focused professional, his business savvy is matched only by seemingly boundless energy and an innate ability to navigate even the most complex negotiations. Patrick always goes the extra mile to deliver on his clients’ needs, while maintaining realistic expectations with discretion and transparency.
As a previous owner and operator of franchise businesses, Patrick negotiated sales and lease terms and therefore understands today’s global business community from both corporate and entrepreneurial perspectives.
Born and raised in Germany, Patrick came to the U.S. with his family, settling in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He earned his B.B.A in Marketing with an emphasis in International Business and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. With the opportunity to assume an executive role in 2013, he jumped at the opportunity to move to sunny Fort Lauderdale.
With experience in both residential and commercial properties, Patrick specializes in luxury single/multifamily, and condominiums across South Florida.
