She has represented sales in all of the luxury Boston market areas, including but not limited to Ritz Carlton Boston Common, Intercontinental Residences, Four Seasons Residences, Millennium Place, Millennium Towers, and over 250 condominiums in Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Waterfront, Seaport, and all neighborhoods in the Downtown Boston area.
She is skilled in listing presentations, marketing, negotiating and coordinating all of the details of residential, sales transactions. Diane Elaine exhibits a great deal of tenacity and will do everything necessary to bring the parties to a successful close.
She is currently a member of the Fort Lauderdale Board of Realtors, the Riverwalk Association, and will be getting involved with many of the other local professional associations for real estate and the Downtown Fort Lauderdale businesses.
Diane Elaine is connected locally and nationally for referrals through the Certified Residential Specialist designation, which she has had for over 20 years. This designation is a combination of high production requirement and continuing education.
Her personal philosophy is “Customer service and a continuing referral network of satisfied clients is the cornerstone of my real estate business. Prior to real estate, I was in the human services industry. This experience provided me with an ability to combine social work and business into my real estate career.
