A graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas’s College of Business with a B.S. in Business, Management, and Marketing, Annie focuses on luxury condominiums in South Beach, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, and Miami. She is known for offering clients complete transparency, accessibility, attention to detail, and the kind of follow-through that extends long after the transaction has been finalized.
Extensive experience in buying, selling, and leasing combined with well honed skills in contract negotiation, developer representation, pre-construction sales, international client placement, and consulting have uniquely equipped her to represent clients of all types with great success. In addition, she is bilingual in English and Spanish and is a member of the Realtor® Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches.
A native Oregonian, Annie moved to Miami in 2005. Aside from real estate, she is passionate about her work as a Professional Coach, the wellness industry, and design. Annie currently resides on one of Biscayne Bay’s beautiful Venetian Islands.
