Originally from Kentucky, Robert graduated from Lynn University, in Boca Raton, with a degree in Management. A regular visitor to West Palm Beach since his childhood days, he became a permanent resident as an adult in 1992. Today, Robert enjoys boating and other outdoor activities and regularly volunteers to help clean up city areas that have fallen into disrepair.
