Jeremy Sebbagh

Jeremy moved to New York City after attending high school in his home land of Morocco. He studied Finance at Yeshiva University, worked with a top broker at Corcoran, and after graduation, founded and ran a variety of businesses. Highly entrepreneurial and passionate about real estate, Jeremy next went into corporate housing in 2012, managing hundreds of apartments and ultimately operating his own shop with over 100 units under management. He joined The Ariel Cohen Team at Douglas Elliman to add value to his colleagues and clients, and expand the group’s brokerage business from New York to Miami. With extensive experience in investing, Jeremy sees opportunities through an investor’s eyes. He brings knowledge, confidence, and skilled negotiating to the table, having purchased, flipped and sold numerous properties. His attention to detail and eye for potential are also highly valuable and why clients appreciate him, whether they are seeking a luxury home or a prime investment. After living in New York for many years and traveling back and forth to Miami, Jeremy moved full-time to vibrant Miami in 2020. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York, and will soon complete his broker’s license in Florida.
