Max Fricker

Real estate is Max’s life-long passion spanning over 4 decades. Educated in private boarding school in Switzerland, he graduated with a Baccalaureat in Economics and speaks fluent English, German and French. He moved to Palm Beach from Switzerland as a part-time resident on the island and immediately fell in love with its charm and character, and subsequently moved to Palm Beach full time where he started a real estate brokerage company in affiliation with a real estate brokerage network in Switzerland and Germany. A member of the Palm Beach Board of Realtors, he is a past President of the Palm Beach Board and a past member of the International Real Estate Federation FIABCI-USA Southeast Chapter. His real estate activities represent high net worth clients mostly from Europe in search of luxury residential and commercial investment properties. Simultaneously with his brokerage activities he has been involved buying/selling and operating real estate investments for his own account including project development and construction management. Max offers his clients broad knowledge and hands-on expertise buying and selling properties whether it is for personal use and or investment purpose. He is a founding member of the former Governor’s Club, and an avid yachtsman and spends his time between his residence now in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and Zurich, Switzerland where he maintains a pied-a-terre.
