Matthew Musarra

Matthew Musarra has been an active member of the Miami-Dade community for over nine years. Matthew is very excited to turn his focus to commercial real estate, after a successful two-year affiliation with a marketing company as a top producing media buyer. Having grown up in Hoboken, NJ, and studied in Los Angeles, CA, at USC, Matthew has a wide perspective of different capacities.

As a proud member of the Douglas Elliman family, Matthew is thrilled to be working under the direction of the Director of Investment Sales, Sam Gaita.

Matthew’s congenial disposition combines well with his entrepreneurial nature. He is an area expert in Miami, possessing familiarity with the local marketplace. Additionally, Matthew strives to meet his client's goals by being available and assisting from the initiation of a project, and through to closing and beyond.

When not immersed in the realm of Real Estate, Matthew enjoys spending time at the gym to better his health and watching sports.
