He has been involved in The US market, starting in Tampa Bay Real Estate in January 2005, firstly as a foreign investor and landlord.

Richard is also renowned as a leading Auctioneer and international TV personality having hosted his own live show with over 2,000 hours to his credit on national channels in The US, UK & Australia. He has travelled the globe over the last 5 decades and circumnavigated the world 5 times.
