Born and raised in New York City, Ray came to the University of Miami to study Architecture, opening doors for him into land development and planning. This in turn fed a growing passion for real estate investment, U.S. metropolitan market studies, as well as tracking and analyzing local and national market trends, all of which continue to inform and reequip his extensive knowledge base.
