Morgan Shear

Prior to going into the real estate business, Morgan worked at two world-renowned architecture and interior design firms in New York City. While working in the industry, she contributed to various noteworthy residential development projects in Manhattan as well as independently designed and managed the renovation of a unit at The Bristol, an ultra-luxury condominium development in Palm Beach.

Given her professional background, Morgan is able to offer clients and potential buyers architectural and interior design expertise as well as help them visualize the potential of spaces and unfurnished properties. In addition, Morgan uses her creativity as a designer to develop innovative marketing that sets her apart. Her innate attention to detail paired with her methodical research skills enables her to assess market data and situations from all perspectives, providing her clients with honest and insightful guidance.

While she is approachable and unassuming, Morgan is also fiercely determined and sharp. Her experience as a Division I rower on the Georgetown University women’s lightweight crew team has instilled in her a tireless work ethic and perseverance that translates into her commitment to providing exceptional service to her clients. In every undertaking, Morgan goes above and beyond and lives by the phrase, “How you do anything is how you do everything.” Above all, Morgan prioritizes forming genuine connections with her clients and aims to make their experience—whether it be buying or selling a home—enjoyable.

Morgan was born and raised in New York City and attended The Spence School, one of the top all-girls schools in the world. She went on to graduate cum laude from Georgetown University and received her bachelor’s degree in Art History. Although she has only recently made Florida her home, she has been coming to the Palm Beach area for the last 20+ years.

Passionate about health and wellness, Morgan is an avid runner and hopes to run a marathon one day. She enjoys being in nature and doing anything outdoors, especially if it is by the water! In addition to being a licensed realtor, Morgan is also a certified personal trainer and holistic health coach. In all her endeavors, Morgan’s mission is to connect with and help people feel their best.
