Cristina Diez

Cristina has worked successfully with hundreds of clients, including international celebrities, professional athletes, business executives, couples, young singles, and families. Within her first six months as an agent, she brought in more than $9 million in listings and more than $1 million in sales, resulting in her being honored as a Top Listing Agent and inducted into the Multi Million Dollar Club.

Before obtaining her real estate license in 1996, Cristina worked for 18 years in mortgage lending, acquiring experience that adds to her value for clients who are first-time buyers, are purchasing investment property, or are simply seeking financing. Along the way, she makes sure they understand every step of the buying or selling process and keeps them informed about market trends, updates, interest rates, new listings, and more. “I love when clients ask me, ‘What do you think, Cristina?’” she says. “To me this is a sign of the trust and confidence I inspire in them.”

Cristina was born in Matanzas, Cuba, and came to the US in 1969 with her parents and a younger brother. Initially they lived in Fort Lauderdale, but four years later they moved to Miami, where she has resided for more than 40 years. She converses easily in English and Spanish, enjoys playing dominoes and chess and is a huge advocate and active member of several charitable organizations.
