He has worked on projects that run the gamut from site selection to valuation, structuring acquisitions to development to leasing. David began his career at the young age of 15 when he founded an event planning and corporate promotions company in the city of Jerusalem, Israel. Quickly growing the business, he expanded the company to cover events throughout all of Israel while developing and training a highly skilled team of motivated promoters. In 2014, after making the move to the United States, David once again founded his own company, DMS Management, which had several retail locations and more than 50 employees. In 2017, David sold the business and moved to South Florida to pursue his dream of working in real estate.
