Brooke joined forces with Tracy Ward after a career spent in education. She was born and raised in Palm Beach Gardens, which means she has witnessed firsthand, the growth of the northern part of Palm Beach County.
“Having that local, historical knowledge of the communities my clients are interested in potentially living the rest of their lives in is a true asset,” says Brooke. “I can confidently speak to the specifics about the area, and having the expertise to guide my clients through such an important decision as buying, selling or investing in a particular property is very comforting.”
Brooke is second to none in the all-important “location” factor when it comes to her clients searching for the best place, for them in particular, to live.
Brooke graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic College with a BS in Elementary Education. Initially in her career, she taught third and fourth graders for five years, and then special education with an emphasis in dyslexia instruction, where she displayed not only her guiding nature, but her patient and empathetic personality. These characteristics continually serve her real estate clients well.
Whether it’s a restaurant, shop, school, industry or health care facility, Brooke can provide clients with the answers they are looking for. Brooke resides in Palm Beach Gardens with her two sons, Luca and Max.
