Gloria Rodriguez

Gloria Rodriguez, Director of Luxury Sales at Douglas Elliman, has served both domestic and international clients as a real estate professional for more than 18 years. One of the highest producers at Douglas Elliman, she ranked in the prestigious 'President's Circle' in 2020 and was among the top 13 'Gold Award' recipients in 2021. Gloria, who is fluent in Spanish and English, also has a broad knowledge of French and Italian, is a member of the Palm Beach Board of Realtors and the Board of Realtors of the Palm Beaches. Having earned a peerless reputation, she is proud to note that her real estate business has been built through her many referrals, which she considers quite a compliment, and, as such, she attributes her success in her chosen profession to her superior industry knowledge, professionalism, proficient negotiating skills and her multicultural heritage. Gloria uses her concierge talents to help her clients stage and decorate their home before selling, as well as finding movers, getting ready furniture, flowers to beautify her clients' homes. After coming from Costa Rica and completing her education in Florida, she excelled in her business endeavors, first earning a position as marketing director of a legal firm before founding and operating Florida International Title Insurance. As president of that company, she grew it to be ranked among the top ten in South Florida before selling it in 2004. She then acquired her real estate license, and first worked as a sales agent, gaining development experience through luxurious projects that included Colony Villas of Palm Beach, Dolce Vita and Mandarin Oriental Residences. Not only is Gloria passionate about her real estate business, she's also passionate about serving her community. She is currently a member of The Civic Association of Palm Beach, and a previous member of the Golf Ladies League of Admirals Cove.
