Michelle Lai

Originally from Hong Kong, China, Michelle Lai moved to Boca Raton with her family at the age of 12 and has been living in South Florida ever since.
Prior to earning her real estate license, Michelle worked in both Finance and luxury retail. Interning for China Renaissance Securities, she began in their Hong Kong office before moving to New York in 2016. The experience and knowledge that she gained from working in international finance gives her clients a competitive edge in today’s global real estate marketplace.
Focused on the luxury homes and condominiums from Palm Beach to Miami, Michelle works with buyers, sellers and investors. She is well-versed in all property types and prides herself on being fully committed to each person that she works with. Handling everything from the listing agreement to closing and everything in between, Michelle goes above and beyond, instilling trust and building lasting relationships along the way.
With a tireless work ethic based in an open and honest approach, her guiding philosophy is to always remain positive. “No matter what circumstances arise, there is something valuable to be learned,” says Michelle. “I strongly believe that honesty is the best policy. Remaining honest and transparent not only earns the clients’ respect, but also gains trust and loyalty, essentials to a successful relationship.”
A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Michelle double majored in International Business and Finance and was a member of the University’s Finance Club. When she is not working, Michelle enjoys traveling and volunteering at local animal shelters.
