Daniel Scarfone was born and raised in South Florida to a Greek-Italian family who instilled the values of respect and hard work. Graduating from American Heritage Private School in 2011, he continued his education at Florida Atlantic University, where he studied economics and real estate.
Daniel discovered his place in real estate early, by helping his father invest in a commercial property with a substantial ROI. Before purchase, the Cooper City plaza collected rents far below the market value. Daniel’s talent and foresight helped raise the cap rate of the five-bay property from 6.15% to 7.35% in the first year. He turned the investment into a fortune for his father.
Since then, many other real estate investors have benefited from Daniel’s professional masterclass. Even his fierce marketing prowess makes him a highly sought-after listing agent in the industry. Even his first career listing sold in less than six months at market value, beating 102 active residential units listed for sale in downtown Miami’s competitive Aria on the Bay.
Daniel’s passion is understanding all aspects of real estate. Passion is born out of the need to be that missing link that leverage proven industry knowledge to help investors make the best calls in the market. This is evident in his USPTO official trademark—“The Market Guy.” But Daniel is also a family guy. He holds dear to his brother and best friend, Carmine, who is currently enrolled at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine.
Daniel lives in Victoria Park, Fort Lauderdale and enjoys talking about cars and stocks on his spare time.
