Nikol Solares is Douglas Elliman Development Marketing team's newest Vice President of Sales of New Development Marketing. Over the past 20 years, Nikol has worked in nearly every facet of real estate. Focused on high-end residential properties and the area's most sought-after, new development projects from the onset of her career, Nikol has earned a stellar reputation as one of South Florida's preeminent brokers.

Beginning her career with Cervera Real Estate Yacht Club at Portofino, Nikol led her sales team to complete sell out while exceeding all previous sales goals and training sales executives and office staff in Cervera and Related's re-sale office. Her quick accomplishments and results-driven approach led to additional lucrative positions where she was directly responsible for success after success, selling out luxury condominiums including La Costa Miami Beach, Akoya Miami Beach, The Parc at Turnberry Isle, Isola Island Residences on Brickell Key, NINE @ Mary Brickell Village and Jade Ocean Sunny Isles to name a few. Most recently led the team at Turnberry Ocean Club to 50% pre-sales before pursuing an exciting opportunity with Douglas Elliman as VP of Sales of New Development Marketing.

Nikol is recognized for her outstanding efforts in Sales and Marketing while developing and cultivating client and broker relationships at all levels.

Today, Nikol's expertise runs the gamut from Sales and Management to Marketing, building and training successful sales teams and consulting on all aspects of high-end new development from planning to completion. Her professionalism and command of today's market has placed her firmly in the top echelon of the industry. Nikol holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Florida International University and is fluent in English, Spanish and working knowledge of Portuol.
