Rick Ramirez

Rick Ramirez is a Residential specialist at Douglas Elliman Real Estate in South Florida where he is based in the the Douglas Elliman Ritz Carlton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort office. Mr. Ramirez specializes in working with buyers and sellers in both luxury residential and pre-construction developments throughout South Florida. With his success with the completions and sell out of both 33 Intracoastal, Ritz Carlton and The Wave developments in Fort Lauderdale, he is a member of the Teixeira team that has ranked in the top 10 teams of Florida for Douglas Elliman in both 2018 and 2019. Rick is unique in the industry in that he is able to straddle the worlds of both residential luxury properties and pre development as he works diligently to find incredible properties for all his clients. Every deal is the result of a convergence of financial, psychological, and emotional factors, and Rick is adept at navigating the unique challenges of each transaction. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, he flew for American Airlines for their international overseas routes as he is both fluent in English and Spanish. Raised in San Francisco, he then relocated to Fort Lauderdale where he enjoys the east coast living while residing in both Miami and Fort Lauderdale’s Middle River just off Las Olas Isles.
