Prior to joining Douglas Elliman in 2018, Aleksandra was recognized among the most accomplished real estate agents at Weichert Real Estate for three years consecutive to her 2015 start in real estate.
Since then, Aleksandra received her Broker’s License and has achieved the ranks of the nationwide top 12% of real estate professionals in 2021 and top 8% in 2022 in the largest privately-owned brokerage in the United States.
Prior to earning her real estate license, Aleksandra worked at EY (Ernst & Young) undertaking commercial projects in real estate advisory services in her home country, which were subsequently published in the CIS region. Globally renowned as one of the “Big Four” advisory firms and one of the largest professional services firms in the world, the company is consistently recognized on the Forbes Best Employer’s list.
Upon moving to the United States in 2014, Aleksandra obtained invaluable experience working for one of the largest investment funds in the USA executing residential market research and contract negotiation. Her wide skill set has given her a reputation as a savvy negotiator and a business-minded professional who is a pleasure to work with.
Aleksandra obtained her first graduate degree cum laude and then moved to England to earn a Master’s degree in International Business Management from Newcastle University Business School, UK. Whenever it is possible with her business schedule, she enjoys traveling, reading, doing yoga, meditation, and mixing music, which is one of her main passions. Aleksandra is fluent in Russian and English and is conversant in Spanish.
