Michael Melear

Michael is a 5th generation real estate agent who grew up familiarizing himself with real estate development and sales. Recipient of the Douglas Elliman Gold 2021 Award, Michael is a West Palm Beach native and earned his bachelor's degree at the Florida State University. Aside from being a licensed sales associate with over 10 years of experience, Michael also specializes in real estate marketing and photography.

Michael is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Florida Association of Realtors®, the Palm Beach Board of Realtors, and is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of North Carolina, specializing in the Charlotte and Highlands/Cashiers markets. In his free time, Michael can be found spending time with his wife and young son, his King Charles Spaniel, on the golf course or on the water, enjoying all that his hometown has to offer.
