Lindsay Broder Hennessey began her highly successful real estate career more than a decade ago in the ultra-competitive New York market and quickly distinguished herself as an agent whose analytical expertise and market knowledge, coupled with her honest approach and ability to build lasting clients relationships, set her apart from her peers.
With a seemingly innate ability to spot the right opportunity at the right price, Lindsay is laser-focused when it comes to the importance of value, something that isn’t always based on data or numbers. With buyers and sellers having more access to data than ever before, Lindsay has the knowledge and skills to add context, turning data into usable information to better inform their investment decisions.
Her unique perspective on the art of buying or selling property was honed over several successful years on Wall Street and a concierge-style approach to her business. “For me, it’s not a numbers game,” says Lindsay. “Building relationships with each client that I work with is imperative to help them achieve their individual goals and it is a responsibility that I take very seriously.”
Prior to beginning her real estate career, Lindsay began her professional journey as one of the few women brokers on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange for Goldman Sachs. After building a successful career in financial services, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to open her own culinary business and executive coaching practice where she coached CEO’s in media and financial services in key decision-making skills and organizational development. A frequent columnist and guest on Fox Business Network, she was a regular contributor on the topic of careers and spent several years as a columnist on business leadership and management for Entrepreneur Magazine as well.
Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Lindsay graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations before continuing her education with work towards a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Penn State. After 15 years in New York City, she briefly moved to New Jersey where she became the mother of two children before relocating to Boca Raton in 2017 after many years vacationing in South Florida.
