Rik Jonna brings to his career, not only a genuine passion for helping clients buy and sell luxury property but, an impressive and diverse background with over 30 years of experience in Real Estate, Construction and Interior Design. He also joined the DE New Development Sales Team and completed his recent position as Sales Executive at the new Galleria Lofts-Fort Lauderdale.

He was the general contractor, interior designer and realtor on several distinctive custom homes up to 10,000 SF and his eye for style and interior design capabilities attracted Home & Garden TV to feature him on a Celebrity Home Show. Rik has achieved success in many arenas including construction, development, big-box land assemblage, property management, luxury residential and commercial sales and leasing. Recently, he was positioned as a New Development Sales Representative in a 48 Townhome Development in Fort Lauderdale which was sold out in 2020.

Rik’s extensive knowledge other arenas related to real estate, give him the ability provide his customers with ideas, thoughts and direction, if necessary, in staging, renovation, home improvement and interior decorating/ finishes. Aside from Real Estate, Rik is an accomplished jazz guitarist, composer and fine artist. His original artwork & sculptures have been exhibited at various galleries. He is also an avid tennis player (USTA 4.5).

Rik is very proud father of two children. His son completed undergrad at the University of Michigan and has graduated from Tufts School of Dental Medicine in Boston. His daughter has completed undergrad at at the University of Michigan studying Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics and has recently graduated from Marist College - Dr. of Physical Therapy.
