Sharon Loayza

“There’s nothing I enjoy more than selling real estate,” says Sharon Loayza, a bilingual agent who speaks English and Spanish and specializes in luxury residential and equestrian properties in the Wellington and Palm Beach areas. “I love advising and assisting customers, especially investors, and helping them find the perfect property for their needs.”

First, she listens carefully to her clients, finding out all their requirements for a home or investment property. Once she has their needs pinned down, she presents a list of what’s currently on the market that meets their demands and transitions them to the viewing process — the goal being to complete the transaction as smoothly and seamlessly as possible, resulting in a happy client who will want to come back the next time they need a Realtor®.

While Sharon’s parents hail from Ecuador, she herself was born in New York City. Although she studied to be a dental assistant at the Lincoln Technical Institute in Paramus, and is also a certified Property Manager, she has worked in sales since the age of 20, first as a car salesperson, next as the sales Manager of an Ecuadorian textile firm, then as the Property Manager of a West Palm Beach Luxury Equestrian Farm, and, since 2010, as a real estate agent Miami luxury properties, subsequently in Wellington.
