Utilizing his extensive background in construction, design, income property acquisition, sales and management, bolstered by his legal expertise and comprehensive knowledge of historic home restoration and custom residences, Steve J Davis excels at representing distinctive

Consistently recognized for his efforts in the residential homes and land in the waterfront areas of West Palm Beach, Palm, Beach, Jupiter and Jupiter Island, Steve has been recognized as one of NRT's Top 1,000 Sales Associates from 2005 – 2014. While a Broker Associate at Corcoran Palm Beach for ten years, Steve generated sales of more than $100,000,000 in West Palm Beach waterfront homes including three record breaking sales in excess of $5 million each.

Since joining Douglas Elliman in December, 2014, Steve is Director of Luxury Sales and designated as a “Top Producer”. For his accomplishments in 2015, Steve was awarded the prestigious “Ellie” award for his production in the Palm Beach office. Steve is also one of only 30 members of the exclusive “Sports and Entertainment” division of Douglas Elliman.

Steve attended Auburn University where he graduated with honors and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He went on to earn his law degree at the University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude. He moved to Florida in 1999 and has lived and worked in the historic neighborhoods that he is passionate about including the "El Cid" neighborhood on West
Palm Beach's Intracoastal Waterway. He enjoys renovating and restoring historic homes in his personal time.
