Chris is professional, honest and dedicated to providing her clients with unsurpassed real estate service. Her areas of expertise include Luxury Oceanfront, Intracoastal, and Golf Course Residences from Jupiter Island through Jupiter/Juno Beach/ Palm Beach Gardens to Palm Beach Island. Chris also has expertise in new development sales, and was recently on the sales team for a new Luxury Boutique Oceanfront Building on Singer Island.
As a seasoned professional, she has sold/listed or participated in over $100 Million in Real Estate transactions. She recognizes that today's clients are sophisticated buyers/sellers with specific goals and objectives. Therefore, Chris's professional background in project management, engineering, and quality assurance has been the perfect training ground to develop the skills necessary to deliver successful real estate transactions at all levels.
Settled permanently in South Florida in 2001, Chris was born in Ohio and lived in 8 cities throughout the US…on both coasts and in between. Palm Beach County and the Keys are where her family came each winter growing up.
Active in the Realtors Associations at the local and state level, Chris was also the 2012 President of her local Association of Realtors. She currently serves on several Local and State Association committees and is a Florida State Director. Through this involvement, she maintains a high level of understanding of current, as well as future trends in real estate markets. Chris's knowledge and experience in the south Florida markets has brought her recognition and admiration from both clients and peers.
Serving as Chairman of the Board for Cancer Alliance of Help and Hope and participating on the Douglas Elliman community service committee, shows that Chris is truly committed to the community in which she lives.
