A graduate of Southern Methodist University with a B.B.A. in Marketing, Kathy Baffer specializes in single-family homes and condos in Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Gulf Stream, Ocean Ridge, Boynton Beach, and Highland Beach. A highly experienced agent with in-depth knowledge of the area’s neighborhoods and communities, she strives to make the home buying and selling experience stress-free for her clients, assisting them every step of the way.
“The truth is, my services often extend beyond the sale,” notes Kathy. “In one case, for example, I helped an overseas buyer find a school for their daughter, coordinated the interview, and introduced them to other parents in her class.” Prior to her real estate career, Kathy, who is a member of the Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches and the National Association of Realtors®, worked in marketing in the medical field. She and her husband, who is a commercial general contractor, also launched a successful residential property management company.
A true Florida native, Kathy was born in Miami Beach, grew up in east Boca Raton, and has lived in the Seagate area of coastal Delray Beach for the last 22 years. Away from her job, she enjoys tennis, traveling, beach activities, and spending time with her family and her two Goldendoodles. She is also active in the community, having served as President of the Seagate Neighborhood Association (HOA) for fourteen years, taught Sunday School at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church for five years, and volunteered for nine years at her daughters' school, Gulf Stream School, in which she is an alumnus. She is currently a member of The Delray Beach Historical Society and Empty Bowls Delray, which raises money for The Palm Beach County Food Bank.
