Guadalupe Perez

An avid communicator with in-depth knowledge of the industry and an innate ability to understand her clients’ needs and match them with the property that fulfills their goals and lifestyle, Guadalupe Pérez specializes in international sales, new developments, and luxury single-family homes in South Florida and had been a resident and knows in deep, Key Biscayne, Cocoplum, Coral Gables, Ponce Davis, and South Miami where she lives now.

Born in Venezuela and fluent in English and Spanish, Guadalupe graduated from the IUAJS (Universitario Antonio José de Sucre) in Caracas as a licensed CPA with a Master’s degree in Business Administration and UCAB. Following a stint working in Strategy and Development at an investment firm, she became the Operations Director for Omnivision, Venezuela's first cable television company, gaining expertise in sales, investments, construction, and communications along the way.

Equipped with an extensive network of top bankers, real estate attorneys, and mortgage brokers, Guadalupe offers clients a full range of services designed to complement and enrich their overall experience, along with a thorough, principled approach to business that has earned her frequent referrals, numerous repeat clients, and an ever-growing clientele of satisfied customers.

Guadalupe’s ability to foresee challenges and willingness to take pre-emptive action to resolve them ensure a successful conclusion to each transaction. In addition, her certifications as a Transnational Referral Specialist (TRS) and Certified Home Luxury Marketing Specialist (CHLMS) assure affluent buyers and sellers that she has the knowledge, experience, and unique skills to meet their needs.

A 25-year resident of South Florida who believes in giving back to the community, Guadalupe is a member of the Miracle Society of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami and a Guardian Angel Donor for the Holtz Children’s Hospital at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center.
