She began her real estate career as the top-ranked sales executive for one of the nation’s largest residential developers. Prior to that, she graduated with a BBS from University of Georgia and joined Suntrust Miami.
As Human Resources Employment Manager Hilda was responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring of bank positions throughout Dade County. Upon leaving Sun Trust she joined one of the most successful Executive Recruitment firms where she was recognized by her peers as a leader in Executive management placement within the Financial Sector in South Florida.

Hilda likely gets her drive and excellent work ethic as a daughter of Cuban immigrants who arrived in the States shortly after the Castro revolution. Prior to moving to Miami, she was raised in Georgia where her father was a prominent physician.
