Victor Beuses

“The customer is the focus of my efforts and delivering results in a timely fashion is my goal,” says Victor Beuses, who specializes in single-family homes in the $500,000 and above price range in the Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Highland Beach, Parkland, Boynton Beach, Key Biscayne, Brickell and Miami Beach areas. In addition to his superior sales and negotiating skills, Victor is bilingual in English and Spanish and possesses a deep understanding of the cultures of Latin American customers.

Born and raised in Venezuela's capital of Caracas, Victor obtained a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from his home town's Universidad Metropolitana. A resident of Boca Raton for the past 14 years, he gives back to the community by supporting education programs in remote, undeveloped countries where education is limited.

Victor has earned the designations of Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), as well the certification of Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) from the National Association of Realtors®.
