Already accomplished in the Marketing and PR sector, Tracy has earned several awards for her dedication consistently exceeding sales goals while assisting her teammates to do the same. Tracy has been a recipient of the both the “Smart Solutions” award and the “Employee of the Quarter” award from the Miami Herald’s custom publishing division, as well as earning the “Million Dollar Pin” distinction from Mayors Jewelers for generating in excess of one million dollars in retail jewelry sales, an accomplishment that she reached by her mid 20’s.
With a proven track record like this, it is easy to see how her sales and marketing expertise has earned her tremendous success in the luxury real estate market as well. An indispensible member of the APT team, Tracy and partner Adriana Pinto-Torres together have more than nine years experience working on the exclusive brokerage of luxury condos such as Ocean House, Icon, Murano at Portofino and Apogee. Most recently, Tracy worked exclusively on Ocean House South Beach, a boutique oceanfront condo in South of Fifth with average prices upwards of $6 million. Her most recent sale there topped $8 million and she was instrumental in the sell out of the 18 oceanfront homes. Not only that, she has worked for an exclusive brokerage that generated over $1 billion in sales last year and played a key role in the revitalization of neighborhoods like South of Fifth
