Beginning her career in 1982 in the fast-paced world of New York real estate, Margaret Matinale quickly found success, earning Top Producer honors her first year, and has remained in the top 1% of agents throughout her 33 years in the real estate business.

In 2004, Margaret made the move to South Florida and became dually licensed in New York and Florida, where she continued to break yearly sales records. With extensive knowledge of advertising and a knack for grasping new technologies, she deftly maximizes the power of creative marketing techniques, combining the newest trends with traditional strategies for online, social and print media to represent her clients' properties and ensure the biggest return on investment.
