Andrew Rosenblum understands the business side of real estate like no other. With an extensive background in his families trading and distribution business, he has spent his entire life around the business, worked with thousands of items and handled the most difficult client situations with ease.

This unique background, coupled with eight years working with one of Florida's largest home builders as a construction and contracts manager, has given Andrew keen insight that is invaluable to his clients when buying or selling a home.

Specializing in the luxury properties from Miami Beach to Aventura, Andrew serves the neighborhoods that he knows and loves. Having bought and sold his own homes in many of these neighborhoods, he is a master at finding the best deal possible in the area that his clients prefer. Analytical yet affable, Andrew understands the importance of keeping his clients comfortable throughout the transaction.

Originally from New York, Andrew received his Bachelors degree from the University of Arizona in Tucson. Moving to Miami Beach fifteen years ago, he has made his home in some of Miami's most sought-after neighborhoods including Miami Beach, Bal Harbour and Sunny Isles.
